MAER, based in Girona, Spain have specialised in designing and manufacturing high-speed rotary trimmers to cut the necks of plastic bottles, since the 1990’s.

Technologies are available for blow-moulded plastic bottles made with PE, HDPE, PP and PET with solutions reaching outputs of 60,000 bph.

MAER trimmers can be supplied as standalone units or integrated with the filler.
