Sacmi Bag In Box

Sacmi supply a range of Bag in Box packaging machines for beverage and liquid foods.

Suitable products include Water, Liquid Egg, Wine, Edible Oil, Concentrated Syrups, Milk, Soy Sauce, Detergents & Liquid Soap.

Volumes from 1.5L to 20L can be filled.
Maximum output 950 bags per hour.

Sacmi BIB systems are suitable for use with all types of commercially available spouts, and the filled bags can be packed into different carton types (standard RSC, overlapped flap cartons, etc.).

STANDALONE

Fully automatic and semi-automatic standalone systems are available, with or without an in-line bag process.

• Linear S - semi-automatic with manual bag separation
• Linear F - semi-automatic with automatic bag separation
• Linear - fully automatic with in-line bag process
• Lateral - fully automatic with 90° angle bag process

MONOBLOCK

A latest-generation filling monobloc designed to handle high output within a limited footprint.  Functions include:

• Case erector with hot melt closing system
• Bag filler (linear or lateral) with the option of multiple filling machines
• Case sealer with hot melt closing system
• Automatic bag feeding and cutting

MULTI-FILLING

Two or three fillers incorporated into a line to maximise efficiency.

AUTOMATIC POUCH FILLER

Stand-up Pouches with spouts can be filled and closed using Sacmi’s latest BIB technology for flexible packaging.
